Hello all,
Can someone explain to me why Dell is not shipping the Original Microsoft Operating Systems Install Disk with new computers? This seems ridiculous to me. What if I only want the OS on my computer and not all the other crap? I'm I not purchasing a license to own the software? Please shed so light on this for me.
